Luminous was a festival with invited artists from Greece and abroad aiming to create art works in Ioannina, highlighting the landmarks, the areas of natural beauty as well as the historical shopping center of the city through utilizing the potentials provided by the new technologies and media in art. Audience was provided with the opportunity to follow a special designed route, gaining access to innovative contemporary light art forms and techniques.
